To receive the Planning Board's recommendation. This item was tabled on the May 5, 1986 agenda to May 9, 1986 and on that date tabled to May 20, 1986. NEED: The property in question is located on SR 1323 (Lake Orange Road) in Cedar Grove Township. The property is referenced as Lot 8G of Tax Map 46. It is bordered by residential development. The tract is designated as Agricultural Residential and Upper Eno Water Supply Watershed on the Land Use Plan. There are eight (8) lots proposed; the sizes are 1.73 ac. , 1.43. , 1.55. , 1.46. , 1.37 ac.., 1.28 ac. , 1.27 ac. , and 1.26 ac. No zoning has been adopted in Cedar Grove Township. However, the Subdivision Regulations (Section IV-B-lA) require a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet where the lots are to be served .by on-site sewage disposal and water systems as is the case in this development. The proposed lots have direct access on SR 1323. Fire protection for the property is provided by the Orange Rural Fire District, Law enforcement is provided by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. It will be patrolled on a 24 hour basis.
