Kirkpatrick and Durell Dobbins, for approval . <br /> To receive the Planning Board's recommendation. <br /> This item was tabled on the May 5, 1986 agenda to May 9, <br /> 1986 and on that date tabled to May 20, 1986. <br /> NEED: The property in question is located on SR 1115 (Bradshaw <br /> Quarry Road) in Bingham Township. The property is <br /> referenced as Lot 30D of Tax Map 10. It is bordered by <br /> residential development . The tract is designated as <br /> Agricultural Residential and Cane Creek Water Supply <br /> Watershed on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed; the sizes are 1.0 ac, 1.11 <br /> ac. , 1.23 ac. , 2.21 ac. , 3.22 ac. , and 3.53 ac. The <br /> property is zoned Agricultural-Residential with an overlay <br /> district of Protected Watershed-II . Proposed access is <br /> provided to the site via an Orange County Class "B" private <br /> road named Morning Glory Lane. <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the Orange <br /> Grove Rural Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by <br /> the Orange County Sheriff's Department. It will be <br /> patrolled on a 24 hour basis. <br /> IMPACT: Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact on <br /> the area. The projected traffic generation for this <br /> subdivision is approximately 57.06 (9.51 trips x 6 lots) <br /> trips per day. According to the Department of <br /> Transportation, the 1984 (most current) traffic count for <br /> SR1115 as determined from the east side of SR 1116 is 70 <br /> average daily trips. <br />
