General Statutes permit repurchase arrangements to <br /> be made first with the former owner or to any other person <br /> formerly having an interest in the property. <br /> IMPACT: To put the property back into a private and revenue producing <br /> status. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Adopt attached resolution. <br />
