A total of $80,000 has been budgeted with $2,820 <br /> expended in 1984-85, $4,686 expended in 1985-86 and $75,780 <br /> encumbered in 1985-86. <br /> IMPACT: The Animal Shelter Expansion fund will be increased b y 04, <br /> ($3,287 to cover remaining architectural fee, O $4,534 <br /> contingency and $247 for the change order) . This amount wi f <br /> will be <br /> transferred from the County Capital Projects Fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve change order and attached amendment. <br />
