Fikes, Housing Services Director <br /> DATE: May 13, 1986 <br /> RE: Disposal of Community Development Property <br /> The lot and trailer located on Riddle Avenue in the Northern Fairview <br /> Community was acquired by the Orange County Housing and Community Development <br /> department during the Community Development activities in that area as a part <br /> of the property acquisition process. The trailer located in the Councilville <br /> Community was purchased December 8, 1983 to provide a site office for the <br /> Orange County Community Development staff. Since the Councilville project is <br /> in the process of being closed out, the staff has moved from this site to our <br /> Chapel Hill Section 8 Office in the Old Police Station.
