(160A-268) <br /> The property was advertised accordingly twice in both the <br /> Durham and Chapel Hill Newspapers in addition to a general <br /> solicitation of mobile home sales organizations. <br /> Approximately thirty solicitations were mailed with a total <br /> of three respondents. <br /> IMPACT: Funds deposited to the Community Development program income <br /> account will be $5202.65 if these bids are accepted. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Award is recommended to the highest bidders. <br />
