NEED: The applicant, Roger Dale Stephens, is requesting that th Board approve a request for modification to " the approved d planned development special use permit for Woods- ible Home Park.. Mr. Stephens wishes to make Edge Mobile mobile home which was installed on a temporary basis to assist placement of tenants in the park. In addition, he wishes to use an existing foundation (not shown on the site plan submitted to public hearing and a facility composed of individual cu )bicles for usecby tenants a of each mobile home unit. Both requests would increase the floor area for the planned development. Section 8.7.1 of the Orange County ZOning Ordinance states that an increase in usable floor area constitutes a modification to an approved planned development. Section 8.7.2 further "if that action is to submit a request for modification of the approved applicant use permit . shall submit the request to heBoardspwhich approved the original application public hearing to receive testimony aconcerningathe modification request." The Board shall subsequently approve, approve with conditions or disapprove the application for modification.
