Meadow <br /> Lane is listed on the NCDOT 1985-86 Secondary Road Improvements <br /> Program. The project is listed as priority #2 on the Orange <br /> County PPP Program. <br /> 14 of 17 property owners, or 82% of the property owners, owning <br /> 14 of 17 lots signed the petition accounting for approximately <br /> 2160.24 feet of frontage or 87% of the total road frontage. <br /> The petition met the criteria for eligibility to participate in <br /> the program. <br /> To fulfill the legal requirements for the program public input <br /> on the basis of assessment as described in the Preliminary and <br /> Final Assessment Resolutions is required. The Resolution <br /> provides for assessment on the basis on an equal rate per foot <br /> of frontage. <br /> The Clerk to the Board has filed a Certificate of Mailing which <br /> will certify that the notices of this public hearing were <br /> mailed to each property owner subject to the assessment. <br /> To provide for continuation of the Participatory Paving Program <br /> procedures for this project. <br />
