�+ � G srI RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL . ` ` 1 . The grantee of this Special Use Permit shall post with Orange County,' in a form acceptable to the County Attorney, a bond or letter of credit in an amount equal to the cost of all public improvements plus 10%.
