The grantee of this Special Use Permit shall post with <br /> Orange County,' in a form acceptable to the County <br /> Attorney, a bond or letter of credit in an amount equal <br /> to the cost of all public improvements plus 10%. The <br /> amount shall be determined on the basis of fully execute <br /> ed construction contracts or certification by a <br /> registered engineer employed by the grantee or. this <br /> SpeciPermit. Left and right turn lanes shall be provided on St. <br /> Mary 's Road at proposed Graham Drive. <br /> 7. Graham Drive and Hamilton Way shall have a 60/ right-of- <br /> way with a 41 ' paved cross section. (A motion to delete <br /> the Baldwin Road connection passed unanimously. A <br /> motion to reduce the paved cross section to 37 ' resulted <br /> in a 3-8 vote.
