[JOCCA] will <br /> celebrate its Twentieth Anniversary on June 21 , 1986, 7:00 p.m. at the <br /> Holiday Inn, Eastgate Shopping Center, US 15-501 in Chapel Hill, North <br /> Carolina. <br /> Tribute and recognition will be given to all past boards and chair- <br /> persons who have contributed to JOCCA's success and survival_ In addition, <br /> recognition will be bestowed upon the staff members, local elected officials, <br /> and the citizenry at large, who all equally contributed to the Agency's achieve- <br /> ments and accomplishments. <br /> We perceive this auspicious occasion as one of great significance, part- <br /> icularly in light of the plights of survival that JOCCA, like other CAAs <br /> across the nation and the state have experienced, and continue to experience <br /> in view of proposed federal budget cuts. <br /> In observance of JOCCA's 20th Anniversary Celebration, we would be <br /> honored by your presence and your proclaiming the week of June 15 - 21 , 1986 <br /> as the "Joint Orange-Chatham Community Action Week" in Orange County.
