02C <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on May 20, 1986. <br /> Present: <br /> Absent: <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE <br /> FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE <br /> LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD(S) #1194 AND #1198, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS ROLLINGWOOD ROAD AND STALLINGS ROAD, <br /> LOCATED IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the cost of paving North <br /> Carolina State Road (s) #1194 and #1198, also known as Rollingwood <br /> Road and Stallings Road, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange <br /> County, as permitted by North Carolina General Statutes Section <br /> 153A-185 (4) and as provided for in North Carolina General Statutes <br /> Section 153A-205. <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake financing of the local <br /> share of paving North Carolina State Road(s) #1194 and #1198, also <br /> known as Rollingwood Road and Stallings Road, in Chapel Hill <br /> Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> 1 <br />
