• <br /> -5-20 .86 <br /> 410 RECOMMENDED REVISIONS <br /> TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br /> SCOTSWOOD <br /> The following revisions to the proposed conditions of <br /> approval for the Scotswood planned development rezoning and <br /> issuance of the special use permit have been prepared by <br /> staff to reflect concerns raised and revisions made to the <br /> conditions of approval by the Board of Commissioners on May. <br /> 5, 1986. A number of additional revisions have been prepared <br /> on staff Initiative. <br /> 5. Roads, parking areas, walkways, street signs, utilities, <br /> recreation facilities and sites, landscaping and <br /> mulching around multi-family units ap.d commercial ereas <br /> shall be maintained as constructed. All such <br /> improvements and facilities shall further be maintained <br /> and operated in a safe manner. <br /> 6. Left and right turn lanes shall be provided on St. <br /> Mary's Road at proposed Graham Drive during the <br /> devejppment of Phase I . <br /> 8. Turn lanes to the east and west shall be constructed on <br /> Graham Drive at the intersection with St. Mary's Road <br /> during the construction of Graham Drive ,during the <br /> stgvelgpment of Phase I . <br /> 12. Left turn lanes shall be installed on Scotswood <br /> Boulevard into the multifamily and commerical areas <br /> durij,g the development of Phase II-A. <br /> 13. The radii of the driveway off Scota.wooI Boulevard in± <br /> the commercial section shall_ be reworked to allow eerier <br /> truck _access and shall be approved _. ' - • + ' • • - <br /> and shown on the revised sJte plan. <br /> 14. A cul-de-sac shall be constructed at the southwestern <br /> end of Carolina Avenue during the development of Phase. <br /> 1 . The entrance on St. Mary's Road (SR 1002) shall be <br /> closed by governmental action : which action sjiall be <br /> initiated upon the effective date of this specie] use <br /> permit. <br /> 15 . A stubout to the western property Ilne shall be provided <br /> from Scotswood Boulevard . This stubout shall be located <br /> to connect directly to the southern corner of Greentree <br /> Drive. The location o} the stubout shell lie approved by <br /> the Zoning Off Leer and shown on the revLs A alte plan. <br /> 17.
