A public hearing will be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. , on the <br /> 20th day of May, 1986, at the old. Post office, Chapel Hill, North <br /> Carolina, the regular place of meeting of the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, in order to <br /> discuss all matters covered by the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Resolution. <br /> At the time and place above stated, any resident of Orange <br /> County or any other interested person may appear and be heard. <br /> This the day of May, 1986. <br /> BEVERLY BLYTHE, <br /> Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for <br /> Orange County, N.C. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause a copy of this Preliminary <br /> Assessment Resolution to be mailed by first-class mail to each <br /> owner, as shown on the county tax records of property subject to <br /> assessment if the project is undertaken, not less than ten (10) <br /> days prior to May 20, 1986. <br /> The.
