012 <br /> IMPACT: If the Board finds the Preliminary Assessment Resolution <br /> satisfactory, then the Board can be subsequent action adopt the <br /> Final Assessment Resolution for the project. <br /> Upon adoption of the Final Assessment Resolution, the <br /> Preliminary Asessment Roll can be pepared and a public hearing <br /> set to obtain comment on the Roll . <br /> In addition, the Department of Transportation can be forwarded <br /> the local share of the construction costs of the project with <br /> an anticipated paving date for Rollingwood and Stallings Roads <br /> during the summer/fall of 1986. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of the Final Assessment Resolution for Rollingwood <br /> and Stallings 'Roads. <br /> Accept the Certificate of Mailing offered by the Clerk to the <br /> Board and attached to this agenda item. <br /> Schedule the public hearing on the Preliminary Assessment Roll <br /> for June 17, 1986. <br />
