Hill 968-4501 <br /> PURPOSE: To review the legal advertisement for matters to be presented <br /> to public hearing on May 27, 1986. <br /> NEED: The Board of County Commissioners has expressed a desire to <br /> review any proposal for text amendments to the County <br /> ordinances and the legal notices advertising the same prior to <br /> advertisement. <br /> The Planning Board reviewed the proposed text amendments <br /> following receipt of the Ordinance Review Committee's <br /> recommendation. Both the Committee and the Board recommended <br /> that the amendments be forwarded to public hearing. <br /> The Planning Staff proposed that the following amendments be <br /> presented to pulic hearing on May 27, 1986. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> Article 7 Planned Developments and Article 8 Special Use <br /> Permit - consolidation of the provisions of these <br /> articles <br /> Article 7 Planned Development - amend subsection 7.2.8 to <br /> extend the time period for initiation of construction <br /> for planned development rezonings <br /> Article 8 Special Use Permits - amend subsections 8.4.2 and <br /> 8.4.6 to extend the time period for review by staff and <br /> the Planning Board <br /> Article 8 Special Use Permit - amend subsection 8.4 to <br /> establish pre-application meeting requirement <br />
