The property in question is known as Lot <br /> 21 of Tax Map 5.. It is owned by James Paliourus. The <br /> purpose of the request - is to permit construction of a 12 lot <br /> subdivision, which will be an extension of an existing 11 lot <br /> subdivision. A public road to be constructed to state <br /> standards is proposed to be constructed out to Orange Grove <br /> Road. <br /> The property is designated Agricultural Residential in the <br /> Orange County Land Use Plan. That designation permits the <br /> development of single family residential housing on minimum <br /> lot sizes of 40,000 square feet . <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request would allow development of 12 <br /> additional lots. A 1981 traffic count indicated 1000 <br /> vehicles per day on Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) north of <br /> Davis Road (SR 1129) . Using 9.51 trips per daer <br /> residence, an additional 114 trips per day would be generated <br /> on Orange Grove Road. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends s <br /> the following conditions: approval subject to <br />
