It is referenced as Lot 22 <br /> on Tax Map 116. The owner is - proposing a public road <br /> constructed to State standards. The tract is bordered by <br /> residential and undeveloped wooded land and is located in the <br /> University Lake Watershed. <br /> There are sixteen (16) lots proposed out of 51.7 acres. <br /> Individual wells and septic tanks are proposed on each lot. <br /> The smallest lot is 1.9 acres and the largest lot is 9.3 <br /> acres. The property is zoned R-k (Residential-1) and Water <br /> Quality Critical Area (WQCA) . <br /> Access to the subdivision is to be provided via Old <br /> Greensboro Road and (proposed) Salem Lane, a public road. <br /> IMPACT: A 1985 traffic count on Old Greensboro Road indicated 1600 <br /> trips per day east of SR 1951 (White Cross Road) . Using 9.51 <br /> would per <br /> d be generated residence, an 152 trips per day <br /> A maximum impervious surface ratio of 6% applied to each lot <br /> is shown on the plat. The Stormwater Management Plan for the <br /> subdivision was prepared by Ballentine Associates. <br />
