Walters - <br /> seconded the motion, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Yuhasz questioned the responsibility of individual <br /> homeowners if the condition of the special use <br /> permit is violated. Smith responded they would be <br /> cited for the violation. <br /> The Board discussed condition #7.. Smith noted _ <br /> NCDOT had reaffirmed its recommendation for a 41 ' <br /> cross-section. <br /> Walters suggested deleting the connection to <br /> Baldwin Road to avoid creating a thoroughfare and a <br /> shortcut for traffic to the north. Best noted this <br /> would not provide for a traffic system in the area. <br /> MOTION: Waiters moved to delete the stubout to Baldwin Road <br /> and reduce the cross-section to 37' . Shanklin <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE : 4 In favor-Yuhasz, Kramer, Shanklin, Walters <br /> 4 opposed - Jacobs, Pilkey, Best, Margison <br /> Shanklin cited testimony from Don Cox supporting <br /> the deletion of curb/gutter .. <br /> MOTION: Shank I i n moved c:_ l et ion of condition `e. <br /> seconded the motion . Yuhasz <br /> Margison felt it was desireable to have curb/gutter <br /> with sidewalks. Collins noted such improvements <br /> would be provided following annexation. <br />
