He expressed a concern with the lack <br /> of NCDOT' s action prior to a problem reaching a <br /> severe level . <br /> Kramer expressed concern with traffic moving south. <br /> Pilkey expressed concern with internal traffic <br /> conditions. Yuhasz noted that limiting access <br /> points means more internal back—up. <br /> Margison expressed concern with traffic on East <br /> King Street. Yuhasz felt that all the traffic <br /> problems could not be attributed to even a project <br /> of this size. Kramer agreed that there was no <br /> direct impact except on St. Mary 's. Yuhasz <br /> maintained that the applicants addressed this <br /> situation as much as they could in their proposal . <br /> VOTE: 3 in favor -- Shanklin, Walker, Yuhasz <br /> 5 opposed <br /> Motion failed. <br />
