This amendment would establish a mandatory pre- application meeting for special use permit applications. . 6. Amend Article 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, Section 6.21 .2 Mobile Homes on Individual Lots Sub-sections 6.21 .2d)2)a, and 6.21 .2e) 1 )', to modify provisions for the skirting of individual mobile homes. This amendment would establish standards for the screening or skirting of individual mobile homes on individual lots. 9. Amend Article 22 DEFINITIONS to establish a definition of "skirting". GRANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS Proposed amendments to the text of the Subdivision Regulations under consideration are as follows: 1 . Amend Section IV REQUIRED MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS, Sub-section iV-B-7 Sites for Public Use, to replace the current provisions of Section IV-B-7-b. The proposed amendments would establish recreation and open space requirements and standards for their development, including payment In-lieu--of dedication of such sites. 2.
