Amend Article 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS, Section 6.2 Height Limitations, to <br /> establish provisions for cluster developments. <br /> This amendment would re-title the sub-section <br /> Modification of Dimensional Requirements and would <br /> establish requirements for cluster developments and <br /> standards for their development. <br /> 7. Amend Article 22 DEFINITIONS to establish a <br /> definition of "cluster development". <br /> 8. Amend Article 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS, Section 6.21 .2 Mobile Homes on <br /> Individual Lots Sub-sections 6.21 .2d)2)a, and <br /> 6.21 .2e) 1 )', to modify provisions for the skirting <br /> of individual mobile homes. <br /> This amendment would establish standards for the <br /> screening or skirting of individual mobile homes on <br /> individual lots. <br /> 9. Amend Article 22 DEFINITIONS to establish a <br /> definition of "skirting". <br /> GRANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br /> Proposed amendments to the text of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations under consideration are as follows: <br /> 1 . Amend Section IV REQUIRED MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS, <br /> Sub-section iV-B-7 Sites for Public Use, to replace <br /> the current provisions of Section IV-B-7-b. <br /> The proposed amendments would establish recreation <br /> and open space requirements and standards for their <br /> development, including payment In-lieu--of <br /> dedication of such sites. <br /> 2. Amend Section iV REQUIRED MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS, <br /> Sub--section IV-B-5 Lot Layout, to include cluster <br /> development provisions. <br /> The proposed amendments- would establish cluster <br /> development requirements and standards for their <br /> development. <br /> 3. Amend Section Ii DEFINITIONS to establish a <br /> definition of "cluster development" . <br /> 4.
