She reviewed the <br /> relationship of Section Ill and Section II Phase 6B <br /> to the Oakdale Drive Extension. <br /> Kizer inquired about the amount of the bond. Smith <br /> responded it was for the cost of construction of <br /> public improvements plus 10%. Pilkey asked if <br /> construction had begun. Smith responded some <br /> clearing of the rights-of-way had occurred. <br /> MOTION: Kizer moved approval with staff recommendations. <br /> Seconded by Shanklin. <br /> Hubbard inquired how this project fits in with <br /> surrounding densities. Smith responded that <br /> Section I of Wildwood was approved at four units to <br /> the acres, Section II was developed at five units <br /> to the acre. This project is to be developed at <br /> four units to the acre. Section IV, recently <br /> approved as a rezoning, would be developed at two <br /> units to the acre. <br /> VOTE: 10 in favor. <br /> 1 abstained (Yuhasz due to professional conflict of <br /> interest. ) <br /> AGENDA ITEM #8 ITEMS SUBMITTED TO PUBLIC HEARING ON 2-24-86, <br /> 3-18-86 and 4-1-86. <br /> a. LOCKRIDGE COMMUNITY • - PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> Presentation by Susan Smith. <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider <br /> proposed amendments to the approved Planned <br /> Unit Development plan for Lockridge Community <br /> for recommendation to the Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> This request was presented at public hearing on <br /> March 18, 1986. <br /> Lockridge Community is located on both sides of <br /> Turkey Farm Road (SR 1730) north of New Hope <br /> Creek in Chapel Hill Township. It is known as <br /> all lots on Tax Map 8G and 16C and Lot #2D on <br /> Tax Map 8. The community was established <br /> following approval of a Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning on November 5, 1973 under <br /> the 1967 zoning Ordinance for Chapel H111 <br />
