A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. , on the 5th day of <br /> May, 1986. <br /> Present: Don Willhoit <br /> Chair Commissione. s se- C r <br /> Ben LLD d and Shirl Marshall <br /> Absent: Commissioner Norman Walker <br /> ****************************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION <br /> FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF <br /> THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1195, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS MEADOW <br /> IN CHAPEL HILLTOWNSHIIP, ORANGE COUNTY,. NORTH CAROLINA <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has received a petition requesting the paving of North Carolina <br /> State Road #1195, also known as Meadow Lane, in Chapel Hill <br /> Township, Orange County,y, North Carolina, which petition has been <br /> signed by at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the owners of <br /> Property adjoining the said roads, which property represents at <br /> least seventy-five (75%) of the lineal feet of frontage of the <br /> lands abutting the said roads, pursuant to North Carolina General <br /> Statutes Section 153A-205 (c) . and <br />
