Meadow <br /> Lane is listed on the NCDOT 1985-86 Secondary Road Improvements <br /> Program. The project is listed as priority #2 on the Orange County <br /> PPP Program.14 of 17 property owners (82% of the property owners) owning 14 of <br /> 17 lots have signed the petition accounting for approximately <br /> 2160.24 feet of frontage or 87% of the total road frontage. The <br /> petition meets the criteria for eligibility to participate in the <br /> program.To continue with the procedures, the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Resolution must be adopted and a public hearing on the same <br /> scheduled. The Resolution provides for assessment on the basis <br /> of an equal rate per foot of frontage. <br /> Upon approval of the petition the assessment resolution and <br /> assessment roll can be prepared and public hearings on both items <br /> scheduled.TION: Accept the petition. <br />
