I would'like to build a storage building on a
pre-existing footing. The building would contain
individual units assigned to each mobile home. This
would eliminate storage buildings being strown
throughout the park and give occupants of the park a
place to store such things as furniture, motorcycles
and household goods. Since the footing has been on the
property for at least seven to ten years and is
occuping the area anyway, with no effect at all to the
recreational area or open space, i feel this minor
modification will serve two purposes, it will give the
mobile home owners a place to store their valuables in
sight of their home, plus protect the appearance of the
park by centralizing all storage buildings.
2. I have a temporary office at the entrance of
the park. I would like permissions to leave it there
to use as a permanent office.
Since these are minor changes, would not affect
anyone's property outside the park and would only add
to the appearance and convenience of the park and its
occupants, but represent a modification of the original
plan I ask that you approved these changes under
Article 8. 7 without going through the lengthy, costly
and time consuming process of a new application.
Thanking you, I am,
Yoursy trulyi
--u-
Roger'Dale Stephens
