Buz <br /> Lloyd, developer, responded he thought he had <br /> twelve months to record. the plat. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #6b: LAUREL SPRINGS - PHASE 1 - FINAL <br /> Presentation by Susan Smith. <br /> The purpose of this agenda item is to consider for <br /> approval a Final Plat for Laurel Springs Phase I . <br /> The property in question is located in Chapel Hill <br /> Township off .Dairyland Road (SR 1104) . It is known <br /> as Tax Map 110 Lot 24 in Chapel Hill Township. <br /> The Preliminary Plat for Laurel Springs was <br /> approvded by the Planning Board and Board of <br /> Commissioners with conditions on February 17 and <br /> March 3, 1986 respectively. <br /> The applicant is submitting the Final Plat for <br /> Phase I only. The total number of lots proposed <br /> for Laurel Springs in the preliminary plan was <br /> seventy-six (76) . The submitted final plat for <br /> Phase I contains twenty-three (23) lots, including <br /> additional lot to the number approved on the <br /> prelimiery plan for Laurel Springs .
