Ordinance Review Committee <br /> will meet April 30 and bring its recommendation to <br /> the Planning Board on May 19. <br /> Jacobs informed the Board that at the Public <br /> Hearing on March 25, at least three people asked <br /> for another public hearing on the Calvander <br /> Industrial Node and Commissioner Chair Willhait had <br /> referred this matter to the Planning Board for its <br /> decision. He proposed that the Orange County <br /> Planning Board host a public hearing on the <br /> Calvander Industrial Node as near the site as <br /> possible inviting the Carrboro Planning Board and <br /> Staff and ask that Carrboro Planning Staff present <br /> reasons for requesting the industrial node giving <br /> the citizens of Calvander the opportunity for. <br /> discussion of the pros and cons of such a node. <br /> The date set for this meeting was May 7, 1986. <br /> Pilkey asked that the Economic Development Director <br /> also be invited to hopefully help answer questions. <br /> Jacobs announced the Communications Committee will <br /> be meeting in early May to finalize plans for a <br /> potluck meeting for the TACs and Planning Board <br /> members at Moorefields on Sunday afternoon, May 25, <br /> 1986. <br /> \\\\ <br /> GENDA ITEM # REAPPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PEELER CREEK - REAP <br /> ��'� EL I hl I NARY AND FINAL <br />
