It is known as all lots on Tax Map 8G and 16C <br /> and Lot #2D on Tax Map 8. The community was established <br /> following approval of a Planned Unit Development rezoning <br /> on November 5, 1973 under the 1967 Zoning Ordinance for <br /> Chapel Hill Township. The approved planned unit <br /> development site plan was subsequently amended on April 4, <br /> 1977 to allow revisions necessary to complete subdivision <br /> procedures for proposed residential lots. <br /> Article 7 PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS Section 7.8 Changes in <br /> Approved final Pans of the 1981 Zoning Ordinance <br /> specifies that " . . . changes in approved final plans . . <br /> may be permitted by the Zoning Officer on application by <br />
