The property ac•l and <br /> Residential with an overlay district ofrProtected <br /> Watershed-11 . Proposed access is provided to the <br /> site via an Orange County Class "B" private road <br /> named Morning Glory Lane. <br /> Fire protection for the property Is provided b te <br /> Oranga Grove Rural Fire District. Law enforcement <br /> is provided by the Orange County Sheriff's <br /> Department. It will be patrolled on a 24 hour <br /> basis. <br /> Development of this subdivision would have minimal <br /> impact on the area. The projected traffic <br /> generation for this subdivision is approximately <br /> 57.06 (9.51 trips x 6 lots) trips per day. <br /> According to the Department of Transportation, the <br /> 1984 (most current) traffic count for SR 1115 as <br /> determined from the east side of SR 1116 is 70 <br /> average daily trips. <br /> The Planning Staff recommended approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan. <br /> MOTION: Yuhasz moved approval . Seconded by Shanklin. <br /> Margison inquired if OWASA facilities could serYe <br /> this subdivision.
