The property is referenced <br /> as part of Lot 2 of Tax Map 6, Block B. It is bordered by <br /> agricultural development. The tract is designated as <br /> Agricultural Residential on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are three (3) lots proposed out of 45.7 acres. The lot <br /> sizes are 1 .47 acres, 1 .09 acres and 1 . 17 acres. The <br /> property is zoned Agricultural-Residential . <br /> Two (2) Orange County Class "C" private roads are proposed to <br /> provide access from SR 1554 . Meadowbrook Trail provides <br /> access for Lot #1 to SR 1554 via Friendship Lane. <br /> The proposed lots will be served by on site sewage disposal <br /> and water systems. <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the Orange <br /> Rural Fire District.
