Approval of the designation of an <br /> additional lot is required before subdivision <br /> review can proceed and a residential building <br /> permit issued. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> requested amendments to the approved planned <br /> unit development site plan. <br /> The Planning Staff also- recommends approval of <br /> the site plan as the preliminary plat for the <br /> proposed additional lot. <br /> MOTION: Pilkey moved approval with staff <br /> recommendations. Seconded by Best. <br /> Kramer asked what the requirements are for <br /> establishing a cemetery on a private lot. <br /> Smith responded that the Health Department has <br /> indicated that they can be established,, but <br /> -*#e yr must be shown on the plat and be 100 feet <br /> from a well . <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> b.
