He felt there had <br /> been no consensus on the Board in this regard. <br /> Hubbard asked when would be the proper time to <br /> discuss pedestrian easements. Jacobs responded <br /> that would be when the recreation standards come <br /> back to the Planning Board from public hearing. <br /> Yuhasz stated that mere convenience to the County <br /> was not a Justification for anything.
