WILDWOOD SECTION iII - PRELIMINARY PAGE 2 <br /> The construction of Oakdale Drive Extension along the <br /> frontage of Phase One of Section III was imposed as a <br /> 22€ condition of approval on Section II of Wildwood subdivision. <br /> This section of Oakdale Drive Extension will be constructed <br /> during the development of Phase 6B of Section II . <br /> Development of Phase 2 of Section III is subject to the <br /> construction of Oakdale Drive Extension along the remaining <br /> frontage. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 ) submittal and approval of the letters of credit for <br /> the required road and utility improvements by the <br /> County Attorney <br /> 2) reference on the plat to the erection of street signs <br /> in accordance with Orange County standards at all <br /> intersections. <br /> 3) reference to the recorded Homeowners Association <br /> Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and Declaration of <br /> Covenants by deed book and page number. <br />
