The property is referenced as part of Lot 4 <br /> Orange County Tax Map 145 for Hillsborough Township. It is <br /> bordered by residential and undeveloped land. The tract is <br /> designated Ten Year Transition on the Land Use Plan and is <br /> zoned Residential- IV (R-4) . The rezoning was approved on <br /> January 7, 1985 . <br /> There are 35 lots proposed out of 12.97 acres. The lot <br /> sizes range from .23 acres to .62 acres, excluding rights- <br /> of-way. <br /> All lots are to be served by public water and sewer service <br /> from the Town of Hillsborough . The subdivision will be <br /> served by George Anderson Drive, Oakdale Drive Extension, <br /> Alexander Stewart Road and William Hardee Court, roads <br /> constructed to NCDOT standards and dedicated public. <br /> Fire protection for the property in question is provided by <br /> Hillsborough Fire Department. Law enforcement is to be <br /> provided by the Orange County Sheriff 's Department. <br /> Emergency services are to be provided by the Orange County <br /> Emergency Medical Services. <br /> IMPACT: Subdivision of Wildwood Section III would provide for the <br /> sale of individual tracts to be developed for single family <br /> residences. The applicant proposes to develop the property <br /> in two phases. Twenty-seven (27) lots will be developed In <br /> Phase One and eight (8) lots in Phase Two. <br />
