The <br /> property is referenced as Lot 8G of Tax Map 46. It <br /> is bordered by residential development. The tract <br /> is designated as Agricultural Residential and Upper <br /> Eno Water Supply Watershed on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are eight (8) lots proposed; the sizes are <br /> 1 .73 ac., 1 .43. , 1 .55., 1 .46. , 1 .37 ac. , 1 .28 ac. , <br /> 1 .27 ac. , and 1 .26 ac. No zoning has been adopted <br /> in Cedar Grove Township.
