The property is <br /> referenced as Lot 8G of Tax Ma p 46. <br /> residential development. The tract It is eorgenaed as <br /> Agricultural Residential and Upper Eno Water Supply <br /> Watershed on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are eight (8) lots proposed; the sizes are 1 .73 ac. , <br /> 1 .43. , 1 .55 . , 1 .46. , 1 .37 ac. , 1 .28 ac. , 1 .27 ac. , and <br /> 1 .26 ac. No zoning has been adopted in Cedar Grove <br /> Township. However, the Subdivision Regulations (Section <br /> IV-B-1A) require a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet <br /> where the lots are to be served by on-site sewage disposal <br /> and water systems as is the case in this development. The <br /> proposed lots have direct access on SR 1323. <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the Orange <br /> Rural Fire District, Law enforcement is provided by the <br /> Orange County Sheriff 's Department. It will be patrolled <br /> on a 24 hour basis. <br />
