DRAFT PLANNING BOARD MINUTES 4 property Is referenced as Lot 300 of Tax Map 10. It is bordered by residential development. The tract is designated as Agricultural Residential and Cane Creek Water Supply Watershed on the Land Use Plan. There are six (6) lots proposed; the sizes are 1 .0 ac, 1 . 11 ac.,. 1 .23 ac., 2.21 ac., 3.22 ac. , and 3.53 ac. The property is zoned Agricultural Residential with an overlay district of Protected Watershed--1i . Proposed access is provided to the site via an Orange County Class "B" private road named Morning Glory Lane. Fire protection for the property Is provided by the Orange Grove Rural Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. It will be patrolled on a 24 hour basis. Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact on the area. The projected traffic generation for this subdivision is approximately 57.06 (9.51 trips x 6 lots) trips per da According to the Department of Transportation, the 1984 (most current) traffic count for SR 1115 as determined from the east side of SR 1116 is 70 average daily trips. The Planning Staff recommended approval of the Preliminary Plan. MOTION: Yuhasz moved approval . Seconded by Shanklin. Margison inquired If OWASA facilities could serve this subdivision. Kizer responded that the OWASA Iine shown on the tax map was not a tap-on line. It is a major line carrying raw water to the quarry.
