The <br /> tract is designated as Agricultural Residential and <br /> Cane Creek Water Supply Watershed on the Land Use <br /> Plan. <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed; the sizes are 1 .0 <br /> ac, 1 . 11 ac.,. 1 .23 ac., 2.21 ac., 3.22 ac. , and <br /> 3.53 ac. The property is zoned Agricultural <br /> Residential with an overlay district of Protected <br /> Watershed--1i . Proposed access is provided to the <br /> site via an Orange County Class "B" private road <br /> named Morning Glory Lane. <br /> Fire protection for the property Is provided by the <br /> Orange Grove Rural Fire District. Law enforcement <br /> is provided by the Orange County Sheriff's <br /> Department. It will be patrolled on a 24 hour <br /> basis. <br /> Development of this subdivision would have minimal <br /> impact on the area. The projected traffic <br /> generation for this subdivision is approximately <br /> 57.06 (9.51 trips x 6 lots) trips per da <br /> According to the Department of Transportation, the <br /> 1984 (most current) traffic count for SR 1115 as <br /> determined from the east side of SR 1116 is 70 <br /> average daily trips. <br /> The Planning Staff recommended approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan. <br /> MOTION: Yuhasz moved approval . Seconded by Shanklin. <br /> Margison inquired If OWASA facilities could serve <br /> this subdivision. Kizer responded that the OWASA <br /> Iine shown on the tax map was not a tap-on line. <br /> It is a major line carrying raw water to the <br /> quarry.
