The County is one of the fastest growing counties and - <br /> the impacts of this growth is resulting in severe deficiencies in <br /> our road network . <br /> To address these deficiencies, Orange County requests <br /> that specific projects be included in the Transportation <br /> Improvement Program. The projects include those listed in each <br /> of. the attached requests of the County's three municipal <br /> jurisdictions.
