RESOLUTION <br /> 154 <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners adopted a <br /> resolution on December 17, 1985 authorizing the <br /> Orange County School System to begin the process of <br /> letting a contract or contracts for the renovation <br /> and expansion of Orange High School, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners also <br /> assured the Orange County School System in the same <br /> resolution that funds would be appropriated for the <br /> renovation and expansion of Orange High School in <br /> the 1986-87 and 1987-88 county budgets, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County School System advertised for bids <br /> for this project, and <br /> WHEREAS, bids have been received and were opened on April. <br /> 17, 1986, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County School System needs authorization <br /> from the Orange County Board of Commissioners to <br /> award bids and execute contracts. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board <br /> of Commissioners authorizes the Orange County <br /> School System to award bids and execute contracts <br /> for the base project and the parking lot and <br /> driveway alternate for the renovation and expansion <br /> of Orange High School. <br /> Adopted this fifth day of May, 1986. <br /> Don Willhoit, Chair <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Beverly Blythe, Clerk <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />
