To budget for a supplemental appropriation for General Assistance funds. <br /> 2. To establish a budget for CAT Transportation leasing fees and ticket sales; <br /> 3. To accept project agreement and grant from the' Department of Transportation <br /> for updating the Orange County Transportation Plan. - <br /> • <br /> IMPACT: <br /> GENERAL FUND <br /> 1. This amendment will increase General Assistance funds for the Department <br /> of Social Services and decrease the County's Contingency account. <br /> 2. This amendment will require no County Funds since the leasing fees and <br /> ticket sales portion of CAT will be- self-supporting. <br /> 3.
