Funds are available. <br /> However, the efficiency impact will be much greater. <br /> Currently, the county has several different classes of <br /> vehicles, small autos - to large trucks. These differences <br /> often make diagnosis cumbersome and time-consuming. Through <br /> utilization of technologically advanced equipment such as <br /> this, mechanics time can be used in a more productive manner <br /> with more direct diagnosis to the real problem. This machine <br /> has the capability to be reprogrammed with updated vehicle <br /> specs via a floppy disc, thereby making the obsolescence <br /> factor minimal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Award the bid. <br />
