Auction toss. <br /> be held Saturday, May 17, 1986 at the Public works <br /> Department located on Highway 86, Hillsborough. <br /> Requests for proposal were submitted by several area <br /> auctioneers with Phillip Walker submitting the successful <br /> proposal. <br /> NEED: General Statute 160A-270(b) requires the Board to authorize <br /> this action. <br /> IMPACT: The action will provide additional revenue-for the County while clearing <br /> storage areas. In the case of abandoned and:_cnnficated property sale - <br /> proceeds will be evenly divided between the_two school systems after <br /> deducting for expenses, as provided in the North Carolina statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution. <br />
