Seconded by <br /> Yuhasz. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> MOTION: Walters moved a positive finding on 7. 15. 10 a)2 <br /> ( Vehicular access) . Seconded by Shanklin . <br /> Best noted that this included the proposed traffic_ <br /> light which will be left up to NCDOT to install . <br /> Smith commented that NCDOT had testified at the <br /> public hearing that they wished to control the <br /> timing of the installation of the traffic light <br /> and bear all costs. Shanklin added that the <br /> professionals would determine when there is a need <br /> for the installation of a traffic light. <br /> VOTE: 5 in favor.
