Establishment primarily engaged in <br /> the retail sale of products by catalog and mail order,, <br /> but. exr.Luslia,g_on-,premises ordering. Picii=up or OI ivery. <br /> (Deleted "and including catalog and order taking <br /> offices") <br /> "Assembly and Packaging Operations - Including mail <br /> order houses, but excluding on-premises retail sales." <br /> The Planning Board recommends denial of the following <br /> proposed amendments related to 1 ) non-residential acreage <br /> calculations in activity nodes and 2) assembly and packaging <br /> operations: <br /> 1 ) Article 4 Section 4.2.8.4 <br /> Section 4.2.9.4 <br /> Section 4.2.10.6 <br /> 2) Article 4 Section 4.3 - provisions for the issuance of a <br /> special use permit for "Assembly and packaging <br /> operations" in LC-1 and NC-2 zoning districts. <br /> The Planning Board directed the Ordinance Review sub- <br /> committee to further consider special use permit provisions <br /> for assembly and packaging operations and took no other <br /> action on the proposed amendments to Article 8 Section <br /> 8.8.27. <br />
