The parcel contains 19.5 acres or 849,420 <br /> square feet. <br /> The property is located within an area designated Twenty Year <br /> Transition and Commercial-Industrial Transition Activity Node <br /> in the West Orange Area Plan amendment to the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan adopted in 1984. <br /> The present zoning of the property is Residential-1 (R-1 ) .
