Q3 <br /> BURNSIDE PARK - PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> 2 <br /> 1 . The stream buffer requirement, as required in the <br /> recently adopted Hillsborough Zoning Ordinance, <br /> must be calculated and indicated on the Final Plat. <br /> 2. Amend Note 15 to state the following: "Use of land <br /> within a floodway or a floodway fringe is <br /> restricted by the Hillsborough Flood Damage <br /> Prevention Ordinance." <br /> 3. Show a 25 foot building setback from the rear <br /> property line as required for AR zoning districts <br /> in the Towns planning Jurisdiction. <br /> 4. The sewer line size shall be indicated on the Final <br /> Plat. <br /> 5. The existing water line located in the street <br /> right-of-way shall be shown on the Final Plat with <br /> the size indicated. <br /> 6. The existing archaeological dig on lot 13 should be <br /> shown on the Final Plat. <br /> The Hillsborough Planning Board recommended denial of the <br /> preliminary plan (See attached letter dated 2-10-86) . <br /> The Hillsborough Town Board recommended approval of the <br /> preliminary plan (See attached letter dated 4-15-86) . <br /> The Orange County Planning Board recommends denial of the <br /> preliminary plan on the basis of public safety concerns with <br /> the flooding of the Eno River and with possible discrepancies <br /> in the Federal Flood Insurance Maps in the identification of <br /> flood hazard areas. <br />
