The <br /> Board of Commissioners did not consider this item at the <br /> April 7, 1986 meeting at the request of the Town of <br /> Hillsborough in order to allow the Town Board an opportunity <br /> to review the request. <br /> NEED: James Rae Freeland has requested approval of a subdivision <br /> for 24.99 acres of land located on Burnside Drive off Cameron <br /> Street in the Town of Hillsborough . The property in question <br /> is known as Lot 7, Block C of Tax Map 37 for Hillsborough <br /> Township. The purpose of this request is to permit <br /> construction of a three (3) lot subdivision. <br /> The property is subject to the development standards of the <br /> Town of Hillsborough 's Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request would allow development of a three <br /> (3) lot subdivision with one building site. This would <br /> generate approximately 10 additional trips per day. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommended approval of the <br /> preliminary plan with six conditions: <br />
