Laws <br /> • Phone Nu b,7 rs: )1501, <br /> • Phone 8�bers: 732-•87.87-, <br /> 2270237. <br /> PUBP"WE' .To consider appointments to an Environmental Affairs Board of representatives <br /> from (1) The Orange County Planning Board, (2) Agricultural Extension,6 ( <br /> Soil and Water Conservation, (4) Solid Waste Task Force, (5) Towns, <br /> OWASA, (7) Board of Health and (8) Orange County Command Team. <br /> Orange County was selected to receive a grant to help establish a board to <br /> advise and assist county commissioners on local environmental issues. Orange <br /> Ham: County would serve as a role model for other counties. The Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners approved acceptance of the grant on March 18, 1986. <br /> It is important that members be appointed to this Board so that goals <br /> can be addressed and a written report done by June 20, 1986. <br /> After the composition of the Board is revised and/or approved, each agency <br /> will be contacted and asked to submit names of persons who would be willing <br /> to serve on this board. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve the composition of the Environmental Affairs Board. <br /> ,:�:,.,-. .L 6.y". aid k+:5�i..x4 _; <br />
