AR>Zlia�iliix <br /> Every person, firm or corporation who subdivides land <br /> for residential purposes and/or non-residential <br /> purposes shall be required to provide or dedicate a <br /> portion of such land for the purpose of recreation <br /> and/or open space areas to serve the residents and/or <br /> occupants of the subdivision, and to preserve <br /> significant natural features and/or cultural <br /> resources. In all cases, the Recreation and Parks <br /> Advisory Council shall review and make recommendations <br /> to the Planning Board and Board of Commissioners on <br /> the provision or dedication of recreation and/or open <br /> space areas. <br /> Diman .ianal_BaAuiLnmanI <br /> The total land area provided or dedicated as part of a <br /> residential subdivision shall be equal to at least the <br /> number of acres derived by the following <br /> formula: <br /> S.P. = N X P.
