If no construction has started the <br /> permit becomes null and of no effect. The owner can request <br /> a six month extension from the Board of County Commissioners <br /> if the request is received before the permit expires." <br /> Section 7 .9 provides that " if actions required in any <br /> amendment establishing a PD district are not taken within the <br /> time limit set, the Zoning Officer shall review the <br /> circumstances and recommend to the Planning Board and Board <br /> of County Commissioners: <br /> a) that PD zoning for the entire area be continued <br /> with revised time limits; or <br />
