Q17 <br /> COMMERCE 1- DEPARTMENTAL RULES T04: 01E . 0200 <br /> la) No application will be officially received until either 23. - <br /> the elected board df county commissioners or the authority, if so 23. • <br /> designated by the elected board, has held a public hearing on the 23. <br /> advisability of the proposed project and the issuance of the 23. <br /> bonds to finance or partially finance the project. The public 23. <br /> ' hearing will take place after the completion of the <br /> sreapplication conference required in Rule .0202 of this 23. <br /> Subchapter. The department will be notified of the public 23. - <br /> hearing at least three working days in advance of the hearing. 23. . <br /> That notice will specify the date, Place and time of the hearing. 23. <br /> sb) The public notice of the public hearing must be given by 23. : <br /> t c"ted-board or the authority by publication at least 23. <br /> j fourteen days p for to the public hearing in one or more 24. <br /> o oral circulation in the county. The public notice of the public hearing shall also 24. <br /> indicate that persons wishing to make written comment about the 24_ <br /> proposed project and the related bond issue may do so to the 24. <br /> authority, to the elected board of county commissioners and to 24. <br /> the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, or his designee, 24. " <br /> within fourteen days of the date of the publication thereof. 24. <br /> Certification of the notice of the public hearing will be 24. <br /> provided to the department as an addendum to the authority <br /> application. . 24 . <br /> /c) The applicant should be prepared at the public hearing to 24. - <br /> discuss the details concerning the proposed project and bond 24." <br /> issue, including the following: 24. . <br /> (1) the site location; 24. <br /> (2) the building specifications;. . 24. <br /> (3) the type of operations to be conducted at the project; 24. <br /> (4) pertinent environmental questions; 24. <br /> 15) employment and wage projections, including whether the 24.
